♡ DIY: Brightening & Exfoliating Face Mask ♡

Hi lovlies!Screen Shot 2015-05-03 at 1.38.09 PM

For those of you who love cheap, DIY face masks that you can easily make with common ingredients in your kitchen, then this for you!

This face mask will deep cleanse, brighten, and exfoliate your skin… leaving you with a fresh, clean, soft and glowing skin!

I have been this mask since high school. It is definitely my go-to face mask routine that I use 1-2 times a week.

Without talking too much, let’s hop right in!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp gram flour (aka. garbanzo bean flour, chickpea flour, or besan)

1 tbsp crushed oats

1/2 tbsp honey

2 1/4 tsp plain yogurt (or milk)

Directions: In a bowl, mix all ingredients well until you have a smooth, pasty consistency. Add a little bit more yogurt if needed. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it on for 30 minutes or until it dries. Use lukewarm water to open up your pores and gently wash your face in a circular motion – this is where the oats exfoliate your face! Finish off by rinsing your face with cold water to close your pores. Don’t forget to moisturize after washing and drying your face!

I hope you guys try this out and let me know how it goes!
